General Rules
The AllSteams.com Official Rules

allsteams.com and allsteams.net are the ONLY domains that All Steams owns. If you are not on one of these extensions, You are NOT on the official All Steams Website.

**Recent changes will be highlighted in Yellow.

This is how it will work here at All Steams:
  • Users will be given infractions when rules are broken.
  • A user who receives 5 infractions will receive a temporary 14 day ban.
  • A user who receives 7 infractions will receive a temporary 1 month ban.
  • Infractions expire after 1 month.
  • Users permanently banned after multiple temporary bans when necessary.
*Users can also be banned immediately for breaking the most serious rules.

Users will receive 1 infraction for the following:
  • Spamming: (in general): Posting short, unhelpful comments (such as "cool", "nice acc," etc).
  • Spamming: (traders threads): Do not post in traders threads unless you have an intent to trade with that person.
  • Advertising in the Shoutbox: There is to be NO advertising in the shoutbox. The shoutbox is there to interact with other members, Not advertising your goods.
  • Flooding: Flooding a forum with replies for the sole purpose of increasing post count. This may also be a permanent forum ban in certain forums, especially if deliberate.
  • Posting comments with little to no relevance to the topic
  • Illegal Bumping: Incessantly bumping a topic to get it to the top of the forum. Registered Users are allowed 1 bump every 8 hours. Premium and Donation Groups are allowed 1 Bump every 4 Hours.
  • Accusing someone of scamming: without proof. We will NOT Tolerate spamming with accusations. Show us Proof and we will look at it.
  • Begging: Repeatably asking for free items, Forum Ranks, Steam Accounts and Hacks will get you a infraction.
  • Infraction Complaints: making a topic asking about one’s infraction, whining, asking for infraction removal, etc... anywhere except the Dispute Forum
  • Trying to sell something that is free: Examples are Steam Account Manager, Steam BruteForcer, etc.
  • Flaming: excessive cursing, insults, and/or derogatory comments towards another user.
  • Advertising MM services: in any place except the Middle Man Forums.
  • Referrals: posting referral links for sites, surveys, other games, etc... without permission of a Admin and/or Mod.
  • Trusted: Users will be infracted for using the term "Trusted" to describes themselves in their Traders threads / Thread Titles. ( Not Allowed / Not Allowed )

Users will be banned for 2 weeks for the following:
  • Accrual (buildup) of 5 infractions

Users will be banned for 1 month for the following:
  • Accrual (buildup) of 7 infractions
  • Advertising: posting threads advertising sites outside of the advertising forums. Image advertising is allowed in personal signatures
  • Porn: posting pictures, videos, links to websites related to porn, etc. A section for this is available to Premium members that purchase a Premium Membership.
  • Plagiarism: You can not use material or images without the consent of the original Owner/Creator. Proper "props" must be given to the creator.
  • Phished Accounts: Openly knowing you are selling phished accounts will result in a temp ban.
  • Hack/Cheat Sales: Will get you a 1 month ban. We no longer allow the sales of hacks as most of them are scams and will end up with the buyer getting ripped off.

Users will be banned permanently for the following:

  • Scamming: or any suspicious behavior similar to scamming (i.e. attempting to scam). This also includes impersonating other members, and any other similar behavior. Note: Counter-scamming isn't allowed either, You will also be banned.
  • If you are: Banned from other trading sites for scamming, You will be banned here. (Given there is enough proof).
  • Impersonating: Impersonating another user for any reason will get you banned.
  • Password Cracking: including the creation, help in creation, use, discussion, and/or distribution of crackers.
  • Selling/Trading Hacking Programs: No selling "hacker" Programs, iStealers, etc...
  • Selling: Stolen items on allsteams is STRICTLY against the rules and will result in a immediate ban.
  • Advertising Sales: for "Unchecked Accounts". This is to easy for scammers to do so we will NOT allow the sales of unchecked accounts on this site.
  • Posting infected files: keyloggers, viruses, trojans, etc...
  • Sending Infected Files: keyloggers, viruses, trojans, etc...
  • Stolen Accounts: The use of stolen accounts such as Paypal, Moneybookers, etc are ALL against the forum rules and you will be banned without question.
  • Fake Vouching/Repping: will NOT be tolerated and you WILL be banned. If you have Vouches and/or rep on another site, you MUST provide proof of your vouches and/or rep. Real life reps constitute as Fake Vouching/Repping. Creating multiple accounts on one IP and vouching each other WILL result in a permanent ban.
  • User Accounts: 1 (one) account per person. All other accounts will be banned.
  • Account Sharing: Only 1 user is allowed to use an account here at All Steams.
  • Returning after a ban/Ban evading: If one of your accounts has been banned, and you return on another account, all of your accounts will be banned.

Steam Account Seller Rules and Guidelines

Welcome to All Steams Steam Account Sales. In this forum, ONLY steam accounts are allowed to be sold. No hacks or Tools will be allowed in these threads. We have a certain forum dedicated to Hack Sales. Steam Tools are ALL free here on All Steams so DO NOT sell steam tools. If we find you selling tools or hacks in this section, You will be asked by a mod to remove your hacks and tools from your thread. You can start a NEW thread under Private Hack Sales. Tool Sales are not allowed at all, So if you plan on selling them, Plan on a infraction then banned for multiple offenses.

RULES:

  1. 1 (ONE) thread per seller.
  2. You must post contact info in your thread.
  3. If you are selling a 4 digit or below, You MUST contact a mod to verify the account. There are to many people scamming low digit accounts and we will not allow it here.
  4. You must post info about the steam account you are selling. (Example - Partial Steam ID, Games, VAC Status, ETC.)
  5. Screenshots are encouraged.
  6. Admins/Mods reserve the right to lock or delete any topic for any reason without contacting you. If you have questions about why your thread was locked or deleted, Please PM a admin/mod on the forum.
  7. Users that are "shady" or have a lot of scammer accusations will be titled with TWC in the thread title. TWC stands for Trade With Caution.
  8. If a seller is given proof that an account has been retrieved within the first 72 hours of the sale, the seller must replace/refund the buyer. If a replacement is given, and is proven to have been retrieved within the first 72 hours, the buyer must be refunded, unless the buyer states otherwise. Failure to do so will result in a permanent ban. (If you are caught trying to get free accounts, you will be banned. You will be REQUIRED to PROVE that the account was recovered or we will not help you. You must show every piece of information we ask for. If you fail to provide EVERYTHING we ask for, Your claim will be ignored.)
  9. Steam Gifts : If a steam gift is proven to of been revoked any time after the sale, the seller must either replace or refund the gift. If the replacement gift gets revoked, the seller must provide a refund, unless the buyer states otherwise. Seller must also make the buyer aware of the legitimacy of the steam gifts. This means, if the cards are illegitimate, the seller must provide the buyer with this knowledge. This means if the seller states the Gifts are legit, and the gifts become revoked, the seller will be forced to refund the buyer, at the buyers discretion, the seller will also lose the privilege to sell their gifts on AllSteams.
  10. Rules are subject to change without notice.

iTrader Usage


We are using iTrader as our feedback system. I know a lot of you may be used to just posting a "Vouch" in someones thread. The only "Vouches" that matter here are for the middle mans. If you are buying or selling to any member of the forums, You will need to "Rep" them using the iTrader. Below is a quick walk-through on how to rep a member by using the iTrader.

There are 3 ways to access the iTrader from the site.

  1. Click "Community" at the top of the site and go to iTrader.
  2. Go to the Users Public Profile and look at the "Feedback Score" Tab.
  3. You can look at any thread that user has posted in and see the "Trader Rating (0)". Clicking the number in the () will take you to their Trader Rating page.
Once you get to the proper trader profile for the user you want to rate, You will need to click "Submit Feedback for User" (replace User with the name of the user you are rating).

There are 3 Options for you to choose from:
  1. Positive
  2. Neutral
  3. Negative
  • If you had a positive experience with the user, You would choose "Positive" and leave a comment about what was bought or sold.
  • If you had a negative experience with the user, You would choose "Negative" and leave a comment on why it was a negative experience.
  • Neutral ratings are for non account sales.
Rules for Feedback

You may leave a Positive rating for the following:
  • Steam Account Sales
  • Private Hack Sales
  • Runescape Account Sales
  • WoW Account Sales
  • CD Key Sales
You may leave a Negative Rating for the following:
  • Scamming
  • Recovered Account (With Proof, Does not mean the user is a scammer and you MUST explain why you are leaving a negative score or it will be deleted)
Neutral rating will only be used for the following:
  • Middle Manning
  • If you do not leave details on what the deal was.
  • You can use neutral if you want to warn people about someone. You may NOT leave a negative or positive if nothing was traded.
These rules are subject to change at anytime without notice. The staff of All Steams has every right to change any ratings with the proper evidence.

***ALL vouch posts will be pruned. Any vouch posts after 11:53 AM November 7th will be infracted for.

 Additional Notes/Clauses:

  • Staff reserve the right to ban or infract for any unconscionable act. The above rules and associated punishments only apply when the staff can reasonably judge that a user does not deserve some other, perhaps more severe form of punishment for any unconscionable act they might make on the forums.
  • If your account is hacked, and the hacker uses your account to scam materials from another member, you, as the account owner, are responsible for refunding those who were scammed by the hacker in order to be unbanned. Although the refunding generally results in an unban, this is at the staff's discretion. This also includes your MSN Account, AIM Account, etc.
